Indian Chai and Vegan Samosa Sliders Cooking Class

2 hours

$100 person

Learn how to make the perfect chai and vegan samosa sliders combo!

Step into my kitchen for a fun, hands-on class where we’ll craft fragrant masala chai and reinvent the classic Indian samosa as a playful slider in a soft bun. Learn the art of bold flavours and cosy bites, and leave with skills to wow your taste buds at home!

In this class, you’ll start by exploring the spices and techniques that make chai rich and aromatic, then move on to preparing the samosa filling from scratch! The magic is that both the chai and Samosa sliders come together in no time, with minimal pre-prep, so you can enjoy these delicious bites without any fuss.

You will also learn the secret to a zesty coriander-mint chutney, because what’s a samosa slider without its cheeky little green sidekick?

Along the way, I will share tips on balancing spices, creating textures, and plating them beautifully. By the end, you’ll have a steaming cup of chai, a plate of irresistible sliders to enjoy, and the know-how to recreate them anytime, quickly and effortlessly!

Note:

  • The Samosa sliders can be made vegan.

  • Currently, there's not a vegan option for chai.
