This class teaches you how to create versatile Indian chutneys from scratch—covering flavour pairing, texture, spice control, and storage tips. Expect a relaxed, engaging session that balances learning, tasting, and creating.


In this class, we will walk through the full chutney-making process step by step. You’ll see each chutney demonstrated, learn why specific ingredients and techniques are used, and then apply those methods yourself. We’ll break down the flavour profiles of classic Indian chutneys: fresh and herbaceous, creamy and cooling, fiery and sharp.


You’ll leave with practical skills you can use across everyday meals and snacks.


Note: Depending on the number of people per session, this class may or may not be completely hands-on.


What you'll get

  • A tasting session of all chutneys made during the session.

What to bring: An apron!
