This class is designed to give you a true understanding of what makes an Indian curry unforgettable. We’ll focus on the foundations—how spices are layered, how flavours are built slowly and how a handful of everyday ingredients can transform into something deeply satisfying.

This class offers a balanced mix of hands-on cooking and guided demonstrations. You’ll get to roll up your sleeves for parts of the cooking, while also watching and learning key steps.


You’ll learn to cook a variety of dishes-all with vegan and vegetarian options- and learn how to adapt them to your own kitchen with ease.

By the end of the class, you’ll know how to trust your instincts, adjust flavours naturally and bring a pot of curry to life.


On the menu: (Two dishes will randomly be chosen for class):

1. Kadhai Paneer/Tofu

2. Kadhi Pakora
